By accessing investerpriseafrica.com or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. The company

Investerprise Africa is a sole proprietorship registered in the State of Texas, owned and operated by Nancy Roach. Our studio is located at 12415 Washington Way, Tomball, TX 77375.

2. Products

All items are handmade. Variations in color, weave, size and finish are intrinsic to the craft and are not defects. Product photographs are representative; the piece you receive may differ slightly.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed through Stripe at checkout. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

4. Shipping

See the Shipping & Returns page for the full policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns

30 days from delivery, no restocking fee. Items must be in original condition. Custom orders are non-returnable except in the case of a defect.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, photographs, logo, design — is the property of Investerprise Africa or our partner artisans and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Investerprise Africa's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.
