Shipping & Returns.

Domestic shipping
$9 flat-rate to all 50 states. Free on orders over $120. Most orders ship within two business days from our Tomball studio via USPS Priority or UPS Ground.
International shipping
We ship to Canada, the UK, the EU and Australia. Rates are calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility — contact us first and we can usually estimate them.
Packaging
Recycled corrugated boxes, unbleached kraft paper, no plastic. If a piece is fragile, we double-box it. If it's heavy, we add a wooden brace.
Returns
30 days from delivery, no restocking fee. Email manage@investerpriseafrica.com and we'll send a prepaid label. We process refunds within 3 business days of the package arriving back.
Damage in transit
If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days. We'll replace it from the next batch or refund you in full — your choice. Don't ship it back.
Lost in transit
If tracking goes quiet for more than 10 business days, we'll file the claim with the carrier and re-ship at our cost. You don't have to deal with the carrier yourself.
